Role Overview
We are seeking an organised and proactive Asset Management Assistant to support the management of our real estate assets and help strengthen TusPark’s presence across the UK’s ecosystem and beyond.
The role combines property financial reporting, operational coordination and tenant engagement with outreach to universities, spin-outs, start-ups and potential partners. It offers an opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to develop experience across real estate and innovation-led business development.
What you’ll do
- Map and engage with external innovation networks, and support the development of relationships with universities, innovation networks and prospective occupiers and partners.
- Contribute to business development, presentations and external engagement activities that strengthen TusPark’s UK presence and international connections.
- Liaise with property managers and tenants to support effective estate operations and strong occupier relationships.
- Support the financial and operational monitoring of the property portfolio, including management reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
- Assist with portfolio reviews, identifying risks and opportunities to improve asset performance.
What you’ll bring
- A bachelor’s degree or above.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues, tenants and external contacts.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach and an interest in real estate and innovation.
- Strong written and spoken English; Chinese language skills and the ability to work bilingually would be an advantage.
- Previous experience is not essential, although relevant experience in property management, business support or university engagement would be advantageous.
